RV & Marine Sales Person
J&M Camper & Marine is a family owned RV & Marine business located in Augusta, ME. We feature the full line of Sea-Doo PWC's and pontoon boats along with a large selection of RV's from Forest River and Jayco. Our dealership also carries Nitro aluminum trailers. We have been providing quality products and service to Northern New England since 1967.
RV & Marine products are in huge demand and we are expanding our sales force. If you feel you can be the best at what you do, we want you as part of out team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define customers needs and assist them in the product that fits those needs
- Maintain on going customer relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area
- Salesperson primary mission is to drive business for the themselves and the company
- Work with phone, email, and texts to provide customers with the information to make purchasing discussions
- Work to develop a warm lead into a hot lead and hot lead into a sold customer
- Work to ensure repeat business and develop referrals from past customers
- Give high quality and impactful product demonstrations
- Follow your deals from start to finish, keeping you customer informed along the way
- Walk and inspect sold units prior to customer pick up
- Make a personal and personalized delivery of the new unit
- Post on social media for sales and events
Job Qualifications:
- Desire to Excel

- 1+ years of customer service / retail / sales / general labor / etc
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- GED/High School Diploma
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
- Be familiar with competitive products and comparisons
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits
Pay: $600 weekly salary plus commissions.On average $75,000 to $100,000 yearly.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 (Closed Mondays in the off season)
- Saturday 8:00 to 1:00
